Allow silent / unattended install

Allow Parsec to be installed silently and unattended. So we can install it from package managers (like chocolatey.org for Windows) and make it part of our automated machine setup scripts!

BetaLeaf: Installing most software on Windows requires Admin privileges. There's nothing unique about this installer providing silent install capabilities.

Anthony Mastrean: even if we can get a version that can be deployed in bulk via .msi, that'd be great.

BetaLeaf: Yeah, an MSI is fine technology. It looks like it's an NSIS installer right now and they support silent install, you "just" need to program it :)
