As I familiarized myself with the Parsec interface and settings, I realized that there are quite a few ways to get the app to freeze as well as put the host machine in a "pending" state (I wasn't able to catalog them all, I just don't mess with any of my settings or parsec setting while I'm connected anymore).

The only way to get everything up and running again is to do a Stop-Start on the machine creating another hour of charges.

Is there a way to get credits for times when error codes shut down a machine, or when settings changes cause the machine to go into an indefinite "pending" state?
